Wholesale Dealer Accounts Information

Gypsy Soule® is a custom, handmade product created with the finest natural leather and hide on the highest quality EVA sole. Every pair is touched eight to twelve times during the creation process. All Gypsy Soule® products are adorned with authentic Swarovski crystals. Since our products are handmade with natural materials, you will see minor differences from one pair to another. All footwear has a one year warranty from the date of purchase. For more details, refer to warranty page. Please remember to respect and take care of your inner soule and outer "Soules".

Wholesale Dealer Accounts: First, you must create an account on our website at Second, a Gypsy Soule sales representative will contact you to let you know if you have been approved to be a wholesale account. Third, once approved they will set up an appointment to take your opening order and go over the line, prices, and policies. They will be glad to answer any questions or concerns you might have at this time! Please be prepared to provide us with the following documents:


Wholesale ordering Information: All wholesale orders can be placed online if you are logged in to your wholesale account, or you can fax all orders to 817-598-1536. Please be sure your faxed and e-mailed ( orders are signed along with your store name, address, phone number, contact person and payment information. Before processing any orders we must have a credit card authorization form on file, completely filled out and signed by the responsible party, as well as a current resale certificate. Wholesale Cancellations: All goods ordered by you are specifically manufactured for you per your order. Cancellation will only be approved within 5 days of order placement. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already moved into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has been placed into the production process. Any orders canceled after 5 business days will be charged a 35% restocking fee. Wholesale payment: When placing an order, for your convenience, Gypsy Soule® accepts cash, money orders, cashiers checks, ACH payments, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed at the time of your wholesale shipment. All first time orders must be paid with a credit card or COD (CASHIERS CHECK ONLY). COD shipments will have a $15.00 charge plus shipping and handling fees. Business checks are accepted if approved by the credit department and after doing business with Gypsy Soule® Inc. for over 18 months. Any refused COD shipments will receive a 35% restocking fee along with extra shipping charges and a $50.00 handling fee. These charges will be applied to your next order, along with a 50% deposit or we will close your account. If your order is ready to ship and your card has been declined, we will make three attempts to call you for another form of payment. If after three attempts, we are unable to contact you by phone or email your order will be canceled. The canceled order will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and your account will be closed. If we elect to reopen your account, all future orders will require a 50% deposit. This also applies to any refused COD orders. Before processing any orders, we must have a credit card authorization form on file (completely filled out and signed by the responsible party) as well as a current resale certificate for all wholesale dealer accounts. If we have any issues with receiving payment on any orders you may be subject to the 50% deposit on all orders going forward. Return check fee is $100.00 for each returned check on Net or COD accounts. No credit for merchandise of any form will be honored if not used within a 12 month period from issue.

Wholesale Shipping: We ship all orders UPS or Fed EX. Standard shipping rates do not apply for Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries. Orders will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. All COD shipment will have a $15.00 charge plus shipping and handling charges.

Drop Shipping: Gypsy Soule® will drop ship for your business. Drop ship charges start at $21.95.
