Wholesale Dealer Accounts Information
Gypsy Soule® is a custom, handmade product created with the finest natural leather and hide on the highest quality EVA sole. Every pair is touched eight to twelve times during the creation process. All Gypsy Soule® products are adorned with authentic Swarovski crystals. Since our products are handmade with natural materials, you will see minor differences from one pair to another. All footwear has a one year warranty from the date of purchase. For more details, refer to warranty page. Please remember to respect and take care of your inner soule and outer “Soules”.
Wholesale Dealer Accounts: First, you must create an account on our website at www.gypsysoule.com. Second, a Gypsy Soule sales representative will contact you to let you know if you have been approved to be a wholesale account. Third, once approved they will set up an appointment to take your opening order and go over the line, prices, and policies. As well as answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please be prepared to provide us with the following documents:
Wholesale Minimum Opening Order Requirements:
Wholesale Ordering Information: After you have been approved and placed your opening order, new orders can be placed online, faxed to 817-598-1536, or through your sales representative. Please be sure your faxed orders are signed along with your store name, address, phone number, contact person and payment information. The credit card on file for your account will be charged automatically when your order is shipped.
Ship Dates: Your order will be shipped out based on availability. It may ship out at once if in stock, but can take up to 4 to 12 weeks if not in stock. All custom orders will take at least 6 weeks.
Wholesale Payment: When placing an order for your convenience, Gypsy SOULE® accepts cash, cashier’s checks, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed at the time of your wholesale shipment. If the card is declined we will call and give you notification. If you do not call back in 24 hours we will cancel your order and close your account. Your account will be charged a $50 RETURNED CHECK FEE every time your check does not clear the bank. All first time orders must be paid with a credit card or COD CASHIERS CHECK ONLY. All COD shipments will have a $15.00 charge plus shipping and handling fees. All COD’s are deposited through FedEx. Business checks are accepted if approved by our credit department.
Cancellations: All goods ordered by you are specifically manufactured for you, per your order. Cancellations will only be approved within 5 days of order placement. Orders move from entry to production within 48 hours upon receipt of the order. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already been entered into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has moved into the production phase. Any orders cancelled after 5 business days will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
Returns and Repairs: All returns or repairs must be accompanied by a sales receipt, a return authorization number given to you by Gypsy Soule customer service, and a return authorization form. Gypsy Soule® reserves the right to dispute a Manufacture Defect claim. The age of the product and repair issue will be taken into consideration during inspection. It possible that repair fees could be added even if product is less than one year old. All repairs must be approved by Gypsy Soule Inc. ® Please see warranty page for more details.
Wholesale Shipping: We ship all items UPS or FedEx. As previously stated, all orders will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. All COD shipments will have a $15.00 charge plus Shipping and Handling charges. Any refused COD shipments will receive a 35% restocking fee along with all extra shipping charges. These charges will be applied to your next order or we will close your account. All COD’s are deposited to FedEx within 24 hours. We do not ship out of the country.
Drop Shipping: Gypsy SOULE® will do drop shipping for your business. Drop ship charges start at $21.95 per shipment.
