Gypsy Soule® reserves the right to dispute a manufacture defect claim. If your product is older than six months it will have to be approved by Gypsy Soule® before any manufacture repairs are started. After six months a repair fee could be added onto any repairs ~ regardless if they are a manufacture defect or a normal wear and tear repair. Remember this is a handmade product with real Australian Swarovski crystals that are set by hand! Treat your Gypsy Soules® with love and respect!!!
