The Rules
Gypsy Soule® is a custom, handmade product created with the finest natural leathers and hides on the highest quality of EVA soles. Every pair is touched 8 to 12 times before it hits the box. Gypsy Soule®s are adorned with authentic Swarovski Crystals ~ we use only the best bling for our customers! Because our products are created by hand and made with natural products, you will see minor differences in your products from time to time. Please keep in mind our product has a 1 year warranty on it. Don’t forget to respect your soles! Please take care of your Gypsy Soule®’s to help maintain their inner Soule.
Ordering Information:
All orders can be placed on line or can be faxed (817-598-1536). Please be sure your orders are signed along with your store name, address, phone number, contact person and payment information if you are faxing in your order. Before processing any orders we must have a credit card authorization form, on file, completely filled out and signed by the responsible party, as well as, a current resale certificate for wholesale dealer accounts.
Cancellations:
All goods ordered by you are specifically manufactured for you per your order. Cancellation will only be approved within 5 days of order placement. Orders move then from entry to production usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already been entered into the production phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has moved into the production process. Any orders canceled after 5 business days will be charged a 35% restocking fee. Before processing any orders we must have a credit card authorization form on file, completely filled out and signed by the responsible party, as well as a current resale certificate for wholesale dealer accounts.
Ship Dates:
Based on availability, orders may ship out At Once, but it can take up to 4 to 12 weeks if on back order.
Payment:
When placing an online order, for your convenience, Gypsy Soule® accepts money orders, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed at the time of your retail order.
Shipping:
We ship all items UPS or Fed EX. COD shipments are cashiers checks only and will have a $15.00 charge in addition to shipping and handling fees. Any refused COD shipments will receive a 35% restocking fee along with all extra shipping charges. These charges will be applied to your next order. All shipping starts at $21.95. Any discrepancies on your shipment or order must be made in writing within 10 days of invoice or sales order date. Anything after that order will stand as is. We do not ship out of the country.
Retail Returns: We trust you will be satisfied with your Gypsy Soule purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our online retail return policy is stated below:
The merchandise may be mailed back to us, once a Gypsy Soule customer service representative has issued you a Return Authorization number. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Gypsy Soule will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid (including sales tax) when each of the following conditions has been met:
- The merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase; and
- The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and
- The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Gypsy Soule Receipt.
If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit.
Wholesale Returns:
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION LABEL, OR WILL BE REFUSED AT SHIPPING DOOR!
Gypsy Soule® creates one of a kind custom Crystal and Cowhide and Leather Flip Flops according to each clients unique specifications. Gypsy Soule® does not offer refunds of any kind. All sales are final. Hide on leather is a natural product, and will have some minor flaws that are normal such as small scars or brand markings. If your merchandise is damaged due to shipping we must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace damaged parts at no charge if the claim is a result of shipping damages. We will create each piece according to the size request you give us. If your order appears to be incorrect, we must be notified within 10 business days after receipt of product (date and time is confirmed by Fed EX or other major shipping provider). If we are NOT notified within 10 business days after receipt of order, sales or transactions are considered complete. NO returns will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box.

Warranty:
Flip-Flops:
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the piece under normal conditions, but does not cover abuse, neglect or acts of God. If the strap comes out of the shoe and there are any signs of tears or misuse in the base of the sole, the warranty is void due to misuse or stepping off the side of the shoe. Repairing your shoes yourself before sending them in for repair voids our warranty. If there is any sign that the shoes have been tampered with, your shoes will not be repaired free of charge. Gypsy Soule®’s liability is limited by the cost of the purchase. All shoes have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided with every pair of Gypsy Soule®s sent in for repair. If the shoes are not under warranty, the following wholesale prices will apply along with handling and shipping charges. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPT FOR YOUR WARRANTY ISSUES TO BE VAILD. ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE BEING SENT IN. THEY WILL BE REFUSED IF THERE IS NO RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.
Please see below for a FEW scenarios, but not limited to, that are NOT covered under Gypsy Soule®’s warranty!
- Mismatched shoes that have been in the store for longer than 10 days.
- Pulled out straps with part of the sole still attached to it.
- Stepping off side of shoe and causing it to pull out the straps or tear the base.
- Self induced tears in base of soles.
- Front concho or medallion being caught and torn or ripped off of shoe.
- Partying at a bar and falling off your shoe or bar stool.
- Damaged soles due to reckless dancing.
- Damaged soles due to being run over by vacuum.
- Washing your horse or other animals in them
- Damaged sole due to dog chewing on it.
- Cleaning your horse stalls with them on.
- Power walking up rocky hills or hiking in them.
Jewelry & Apparel:
All jewelry and apparel has a 30 day warranty from date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to receive replacement. All defective jewelry received must be called in within 10 days of the invoice date.
Tack:
All tack has a 60 day warranty from date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to receive replacements or repairs. The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the piece under normal conditions, but does not cover abuse, neglect or acts of God. Any damaged crystals resulting from improper care will not be repaired free of charge. If the tack is not under warranty the following wholesale prices will apply plus handling and shipping charges.

Wholesale Dealer Accounts:
You must register and create an account on our website at www.gypsysoule.com. If approved, you will be able to view our complete product line and wholesale pricing from our website. Please fax in a copy of your resale certificate to 817-598-1536, or it can be emailed to info@gypsysoule.com. A sales representative will contact you to set up an appointment.
Wholesale ordering Information:
All wholesale orders can be placed online if you are logged in to your wholesale account, or you can fax all orders to 817-598-1536. Please be sure your faxed orders are signed along with your store name, address, phone number, contact person and payment information. Before processing any orders we must have a credit card authorization form on file, completely filled out and signed by the responsible party, as well as a current resale certificate. Wholesale minimum opening orders for dealers:
Footwear: 2 styles, 6 pairs each in a full size run, whole sizes only 6 to 11. Jewels: $300.00 Clothing: 3 styles, pre-packed styles (1-2-2-1 or 2-2-2)
Wholesale payment:
When placing an order for your convenience, Gypsy SOULE® accepts cash, money orders, cashiers checks, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed at the time of your wholesale shipment. If the card is declined we will call and give you notification if you do not call back in 24 hours we will cancel your order and close your account. All first time orders must be paid with a credit card or COD CASHIERS CHECK ONLY. COD shipments will have a $15.00 charge plus shipping and handling fees. Business checks are accepted if approved by the credit department and after doing business with Gypsy Soule® INC. for over 18 month.
Wholesale Shipping:
