Repairing your shoes yourself before sending them for repair voids our warranty. If there is any sign that the shoes have been tampered with, your shoes will not be repaired free of charge. Gypsy Soule®’s liability is limited by the cost of the purchase. All shoes have a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
